一家总部位于美国弗吉尼亚州的猎头公司竟在招聘广告中强调应聘者“最好是白人”。
据美国媒体报道，推特用户上周发现这家名为Cynet Systems的专为科技企业物色人才的猎头公司，在其招聘广告的显著位置公然强调应聘者“最好是白人”。
这条招聘启事目前已经从网上删除了，此前，它被发布在包括领英（LinkedIn）在内的多个网站上。
一位名叫Helena McCabe的网友发现了这则招聘广告，在推特上曝光了这条明显带有歧视的招聘启事，并质疑这家公司“怎么可能会觉得能够发布这么一则招聘广告？”
据英国《卫报》报道，这则招聘广告是为一家设在美国佛罗里达州的制药公司招聘一个“最好是白人的具有技术背景的”客户经理。而这也不是这家猎头公司发布的唯一一则带有歧视性的招聘广告。

“It does not reflect our core values of inclusivity & equality，” the tweet said。 “The individuals involved have been terminated。 We will take this as a learning experience & will continue to serve our diverse community。”

“We understand why some may have been upset seeing this listing， because we were too，” Cynet Systems Co-CEO Ashwani Mayur said in a statement。 “It is a long-standing policy for our company to refuse any request to list jobs only seeking candidates of any specific ethnicity， gender or other inappropriate restrictions。”
